Pr\u00e1v\u011b d\u00edky ketonov\u00e9 neboli b\u00edlkovinn\u00e9 diet\u011b se nemus\u00edte ob\u00e1vat nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00e9ho jojo efektu.Kdy\u017e budete m\u00edt svalovou hmotu v t\u00e9 nejlep\u0161\u00ed mo\u017en\u00e9 kondici, tak budete spalovat p\u0159ijatou energii bez pot\u00ed\u017e\u00ed i pot\u00e9, co dietu ukon\u010d\u00edte, a to ani\u017e byste museli za\u010d\u00edt intenzivn\u011b sportovat.
